Laney is a V School alumna who completed a Software Engineering Internship at Adobe and then became an Analytics Engineer at Admind. Currently, Laney works as the Director of Outcomes at V School helping others transition into the tech field. Outside of work she enjoys DJing, dancing, and spending time with her family and cats.

Ben Turner Senior Software Engineer at Skedulo

Ben graduated from the University of Utah in 2014 with a degree in philosophy. As a former welder and touring musician, he decided to go for a major career switch and learn how to code. He is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Skedulo, based in Brisbane, Australia. He is fascinated by the similarities between coding and other art forms such as music. He still plays guitar and spends his free time hiking, playing basketball, and reading.

"I am just getting back into work and school after being a stay at home mom for 8 years to 4 kids. I want to show my kids what hard work and determination can do. I want to make my kids proud and provide the life they deserve and that I deserve.​
